Clean Slate Dumpsters provides roll-off dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, construction, cleanout, renovation, roofing, demolition, and related projects, subject to availability, service area limits, equipment availability, and these Terms and Conditions.
All rentals are subject to scheduling, access conditions, load limits, prohibited materials rules, and payment approval.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other person’s use of the website.

A rental is not confirmed until Clean Slate Dumpsters accepts the order and confirms scheduling.
Pricing, availability, service dates, delivery windows, and rental terms may change based on jobsite conditions, container availability, service area, disposal requirements, fuel costs, landfill charges, overweight loads, restricted materials, weather, or other operational issues.

Payment may be required in advance or at the time of booking. Commercial or recurring contractor accounts may be approved for card on file or invoicing arrangements at our discretion.
You authorize Clean Slate Dumpsters and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for approved rentals, fees, adjustments, overweight charges, extra days, contamination charges, damages, and other amounts due under these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and safe, legal, and adequate access to the delivery location.
By ordering a dumpster, you represent that:
Clean Slate Dumpsters may refuse delivery, pickup, swap, or repositioning if site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful, or likely to damage property or equipment.
Dumpster delivery trucks and containers are heavy. You understand and accept that delivery, pickup, or placement may affect driveways, concrete, asphalt, pavers, curbs, yards, landscaping, or other surfaces, especially where the surface is weak, cracked, uneven, wet, hidden, or otherwise vulnerable.
You accept responsibility for confirming that the requested placement area is suitable. Clean Slate Dumpsters is not responsible for damage caused by normal service operations where the customer directed placement or where site conditions contributed to the damage, except to the extent required by law.
The rental period begins on delivery unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional daily or periodic charges may apply if the dumpster remains on site beyond the included rental period.
You agree to make the dumpster accessible for pickup on the scheduled day. If the container is blocked, overloaded, unsafe to remove, or not ready for pickup, additional charges may apply.
Pickup dates and times are estimates and may vary based on route conditions, weather, traffic, equipment availability, landfill conditions, and other operational factors.
You agree to load the dumpster safely and lawfully.

If prohibited materials are placed in the dumpster, you are responsible for all resulting removal, transportation, cleanup, disposal, regulatory, and related costs.
Clean Slate Dumpsters may refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel service at any time for reasons including safety concerns, access issues, nonpayment, prohibited materials, abusive conduct, suspected fraud, weather, equipment problems, disposal site restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from Clean Slate Dumpsters, including quote follow-up, order confirmations, dispatch notices, scheduling updates, pickup coordination, billing notices, and review requests.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Marketing communications, if any, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
If you open a commercial or recurring account, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to keep a valid payment method on file if required.
You are responsible for all rentals, charges, and activities authorized through your account, including orders placed by your employees, agents, project managers, or authorized representatives.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Fees may apply if a delivery, pickup, or swap is canceled or changed after scheduling, dispatch, or travel has begun.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design, layout, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Clean Slate Dumpsters unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit site content without prior written permission, except for normal personal, noncommercial use related to evaluating or booking services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where federal law applies.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, the website, or our services shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court serving Tangipahoa Parish or otherwise having jurisdiction in Louisiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
